Better false color gradient similar to Dialux 4.13

Post by nickh » Fri Sep 10, 2021 10:42 am

The false color gradient menu for Dialux Evo is very counter-intuitive to use compared to the old 4.13 menu.
I suggest remaking it to something easier to use and the ability to save presets.
Most of the time just having 9 or 10 colors is enough, I don't need 30 confusing colors like in Evo.

I've been trying to remap colors into something that makes sense but I can't even figure out how to do set the colors as the same as 4.13. Is it even possible?

Dear nickh,

Thank you for your feedback. We will forward your suggestion for improvement to our product owners.

You can use the sliders to limit the colors that you want to use for the display of false colors. Furthermore, you can set the minimum and maximum value for the display of false colors.

Even when you use the sliders to limit the span, every color is still included in the result documentation. This could be a bug.
