Major TI calculation bug in evo 10.0

Post by jkomar » Mon Oct 11, 2021 8:25 am

Hi,
I'm using DIALux moslty for street lighting calculation. After the update to evo 10.0 i found that when there is an installation with 2 luminaires on the pole - the TI calculation goes wrong - the result drops to 0 or 1, which is not possible.
This bug makes the software for me almost useless in version 10.0.

The second issue is when the MF in external scene is changed after the calculation has been made - the program crashes.

This is a major bug, please help or fix.

BR,
JKomar

Hello JKomar,

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the first problem with the TI value. Therefore, please provide us with the evo project file so that we could check the problem directly in evo 10.0. It would be of help if you could send us the link to this topic so that we could better assign this issue. Our email address is 'Support@dialux.com'.

The second problem is indeed a new bug in evo 10.0. Our developers will fix the bug in the next evo patch. Until then, we can only recommend that you adjust the maintenance factor in the uncalculated project, as the error only occurs in the calculated state.

Best regards,
DIAL Support Team
