Dear 64_Richard,

Can you please also send us the "Graphicslog" file for the problem analysis?

To do so, you have to open our DIALux evo software and send us the marked file in the following screenshot ("C:\Users\user name")

Hallo Haddock, Sie könnten einmal versuchen, sämtliche Sicherheitssoftware (Virenscanner, Firewall,…) auf dem Computersystem zu deaktivieren und danach überprüfen, ob das Problem behoben ist.
