Hello TASOS SOT, Evo currently limits the range of values simply for consistency reasons. We were not aware of any luminaires where it is necessary to enter a negative tilt angle. The maintenance factor for street lighting is still available in the documentation of evo 9.2. You will find it on the third page of the summary output. Please see screenshot below.
