Once again, it's looking really good! I wanted to ask, I'm working on 3 parallel projects for my boss based on some of this commercial real estate in Germany, would it be alright if I post my progress (as in WIPs, not finished projects)? It happened to me a couple of times, but the problem was "solved" (as in, it disappeared and went back to normal) after a couple closures/reopenings of the program and file, it's strange. I've experienced this issue once, I tried to solve it through trial and error, and it worked again after I uninstalled Dialux and reinstalled it on another hard drive (my computer has an SSD and an HDD, it was on the HDD, I reinstalled it on the SSD). Thank you for your answer! Sure, it's pretty bad customer service, but after all, I don't always own the luminaries I'd like to model, and they could think I'm some sort of industrial spy trying to copycat their productions, so that's understandable.

If you want to work with the special luminaire of the US manufacturer, you have to contact this manufacturer.
